This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I went in and requested a spa pedicure and regular polish and got less than a basic pedicure with shellac polish and poor customer service. The whole pedicure took 25 minutes from start to finish. There was no pumice stone, razoring of the sole, no exfoliating the legs or warm towels, nothing. Essentially washed my feet, clipped and painted my nails. After expressing dissatisfaction, I was lotioned up with a quick foot rub post pedicure and then they tried to charge me $55. Even at $40 for a regular pedicure, it would have been over priced for the “express pedicure” that was actually provided. Exceptionally underwhelming

Overpriced for what I got. paid $60 for a 20 min very basic messy pedicure some of my nails have been cut too short and there’s paint on the skin around my nails. with a price tag like that i expect a little more to it or at least better quality, I just felt like everything was rushed and like my business wasn’t wanted, these treatments are a luxury and should feel that way.

Jenny was amazing, kind and I am so very happy with my nails. Will absolutely be back! 10/10 and way better than Vo's nails.

First time going to this Q nails but I wanted to try it out because it's super close to me. I saw mixed reviews on the ratings, but I said I would try it anyways! Well.... the lady who did my nails was nice and friendly but I was a bit disappointed. The nails were roughly painted. She clipped the skin/cuticle around my nail but it still looks super rough. She got gel over my skin around the nails that I had to remove after I left, she didn't paint right to the edge of the cuticle so they already look a bit grown out. The gel doesn't even go all the way to the edges on the sides. I even tipped her because I always tip for services but what a waste :(

The cutest set I’ve ever gotten from here. I love how flexible these ladies are, I’ve only had the same short hair girl for my refills and she is amazing, she is gentle and does a great quick job. It is important that a 40-50 minute acrylic job is done well, and she really does all of that!! I try going to other places more central, but I always come back and always get compliments with these nails! They usually last me 3 weeks like new
